Piggy Bank Lesson 4—Making Choices

Write or draw in your PIGGY BANK BOOK all of the things you can think of in 10 minutes that you would like to buy. How much money does each item cost?
If you are going to spend some of your money this week, which items are you going to choose. What items will you have to wait to buy?
Go to the store this week with your Mom or Dad, and look at some of the items you might like to buy. What items will you choose this week. Do you have enough money or will you have to wait until you save more money? Can you buy all of the things you had on your list or just one or two items?
Write or draw in your PIGGY BANK BOOK what you have learned this week about CHOICES?
Did you remember to divide all the money you are earning into three separate categories? How much did you SAVE? How much did you SHARE? And what choices did you make about SPENDING?
